RITZ HOTELS SERVICES SALES PROPOSAL DESIGN
CLIENT:
RITZ Hotels Services provides cleaning and laundry services for the chain hotels from Patterson, NJ, USA.
CLIENT NEEDS:
Now we need a cool sales proposal design, sure with the presentation folder, and it shouldn’t cost us an arm and a leg when printed.
Oh, I almost forgot – we need an opportunity for any manager to change the price or list of services in it.
INDUSTRY:
B2B Service
Let’s crack the challenge!
The client’s request – to make any office manager be able to change the price in the price sheets – seems atypical, and at first glance, unrealizable.
The usual design practice – the client receives a file ready for printing, with fonts converted into outlines and the source file. Without knowledge of special graphic programs and the programs themselves, an ordinary manager can not make changes to these files.
So what should I do to satisfy the client? – scroll down to find out!
THE TYPICAL BUSINESS TOOL. ANYTHING EXTRA.
Classic two-page construction: the first page describes the services, and the second page has a pricing policy. Clean and readable pages, specially designed to keep the visual appeal even when printed by ordinary office inkjet, with ink economy in mind.
Concise design, confident business-like text, brand’s color spectrum, and necessary contact data appear on each page. All these pages are stored in the branded folder.
SALES PROPOSAL DESIGN: A LITTLE SECRET
The client wanted each manager to be able to change the cost of the service if necessary. To provide this possibility, I’ve recreated the same design in Microsoft Word. I really hate this software, but in this case, it was the best affordable solution. The client got a .pdf file for the first print run and the .doc file for future price changes.
And now, any person could change the data just-from-the-box, without wasting time and money on learning or buying new software.
